Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.

2. Conditions for returned products

For the return to be accepted, items must strictly comply with the following criteria:

• Be returned in their original condition, clean and complete (original packaging, accessories, instructions, labels).

• Not have undergone any deterioration or abnormal wear due to excessive use. Any damaged or incomplete product may be subject to a refusal of refund or a price reduction.

3. Shipping costs and return procedures

• The return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product received is non-compliant or has a proven defect attributable to us.

• Returns must be sent to the ESPACE SPORT store: 13 Avenue Eric Tabarly, 56880 Ploeren. We recommend using tracked shipping in order to keep proof of dispatch.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to order or clearly personalized according to your specifications.

• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

5. Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will proceed to refund all sums paid within 14 days of notification of your request.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method as the one used during the initial purchase. However, we reserve the right to defer the refund until actual receipt of the returned products or proof of their shipment.
