The NOHRD Eau-Me Board is a next-generation balance board designed to improve stability, deep core strength, and functional rehabilitation. Its unique feature is the water reservoir beneath the platform: with every movement, the water shifts unpredictably, forcing the body to react instantly to maintain balance. This constant instability engages the deep stabilizing muscles and joints (ankles, knees, hips) with far greater effectiveness than traditional proprioception pads.

• Customizable resistance: The difficulty level is easily adjusted by changing the amount of water in the reservoir (up to 6.5 liters). The less water there is, the faster the liquid moves and the more unstable the exercise becomes.

• Versatile use: Ideal for sports physical preparation, ankle strengthening, Pilates, post-injury rehabilitation, or postural training at the office.
