NOHRD Swing Tower 2-8kg | Leather & Solid Wood Dumbbell Rack| Espace Sport

Dynamic strength training and high-intensity functional exercise

The NOHRD Swing Tower (Pack 2-8 kg) is a premium strength training station designed for physical preparation, functional training, and targeted muscle building. Equipped with a range of heavier weights (2, 4, 6 and 8 kg), this version is designed for regular exercisers, athletes and coaching studios looking to intensify their swinging exercises (swings, squats, lunges, rows and rotational movements).

Genuine leather dumbbells and dynamic instability principle

Unlike traditional cast iron dumbbells, NOHRD Swing dumbbells consist of a flexible pouch made of hand-sewn genuine leather filled with iron micro-beads:

• Deep muscle engagement: The smooth movement of the beads inside the pouch during exercise creates controlled instability that continuously engages the core muscles, lower back and stabilizing joints.

• Safety & Floor protection: The flexible leather structure protects the user in the event of direct impact and protects the floor from knocks or scratches.

• Ergonomic grip: Solid wood handle designed to provide a natural, comfortable and non-slip grip, even during high-sweat workouts.

Premium solid wood storage tower

Handcrafted in Germany, the storage tower is made of high-quality solid wood from sustainably managed forests (available in Ash, Oak, Walnut or Cherry):

• Compact & Elegant design: Holds 4 pairs of dumbbells on stainless steel hooks for minimal floor space (less than 0,15 m²).

• Exercise sheet/tablet holder: The top of the tower includes a recessed holder to keep your exercise sheets or tablet in place during guided workouts.
