NOHRD SpineStretch | Solid Wood Spinal Stretcher | Espace Sport

Gentle, targeted spinal decompression for your back health

The NOHRD SpineStretch is a functional stretching and spinal decompression device designed to relieve back tension, improve mobility, and restore balanced posture. Ideal for people suffering from recurring back pain, athletes in recovery, or professionals working prolonged periods in a seated position, this equipment gently stretches the posterior chain and opens the rib cage in a fully controlled manner.

Solid wood craftsmanship and physiological ergonomics

Handcrafted in Germany with a frame made of sustainably sourced premium solid wood (Ash, Oak, Walnut, or Cherry), the SpineStretch combines the elegance of high-end furniture with precision biomechanical design:

• Padded stretching rollers: The synthetic or genuine leather rollers follow the natural curvature of the spine to provide progressive massage and stretching without painful pressure on the vertebrae.

• Smooth movement guide: Allows you to perform torso flexion and extension safely by supporting the movement without joint strain.

• Adjustable postures: Adapts to different heights and flexibility levels thanks to its tilt adjustments and ergonomic support handles.

Exceptional wellness equipment for your home

True to the NOHRD aesthetic signature, the SpineStretch eliminates the medicalized appearance of traditional stretching devices. Its sleek look and meticulous finishes make it an excellent choice for a coaching studio, physiotherapy clinic, or private gym.
