A modular 3-in-1 training bench with exceptional design
The NOHRD TriaTrainer Oak is a versatile strength training device of remarkable ingenuity. Handcrafted with a frame made of responsibly sourced solid oak, this compact equipment unfolds and transforms in less than 3 seconds to offer 3 complete workstations. Its sleek aesthetic and synthetic or genuine leather finishes (depending on the finish) make it a true piece of sports decor that naturally fits into a living room or coaching studio.
3 working positions for complete muscle strengthening
Thanks to its patented hinged folding system, the TriaTrainer adapts to all your strengthening goals:
-
Position 1 (Folded) — Ab & Core Bench: In the closed position, the TriaTrainer serves as an ergonomic inclined ab bench to intensely target the rectus abdominis and obliques while supporting the lower back.
-
Position 2 (Semi-unfolded) — Lumbar & Glute Bench: Half unfolded, it transforms into an extension bench to safely work the lumbar muscles, glutes, and hamstrings.
-
Position 3 (Fully unfolded) — Classic weight bench: Fully open, it offers a flat bench with perfect stability for your bench press exercises, dumbbell rows, or arm work.
Handcrafted and premium materials
Like all products in the NOHRD range, the TriaTrainer combines artisanal know-how and durability. The solid oak wood is protected by a natural water-repellent oil, while the padded footrest guarantees solid and comfortable support during intense sets of repetitions.
